My source is DJ Slizzard, who holds the record for most FP/m (Fist pumps/minute ) during his time as Gary, Indianas most popular wedding DJ (Honored in the recent HouseFlix documentary “Party Monster”)

He insisted that to be house music, it must be precisely 120 bpm.  Electronica could be anywhere from 60-140.
