I love stuff like this. Of course, I'm a martial artist, so I guess that figures. But.... his right hand doesn't seem to make sense to me. It seems to either be gripping the blade (owwww!) or pressing against it with the back of the fist, neither of which you would do with a sword. So nice dramatic composition, but a bit of a technical problem thre. Though perhaps it doesn't matter for art....
