very striking... and fabulous work.
about 19 years ago I attended a photographic fashion seminar in Dallas TX by a well known shooter. he wore a black turtle neck against a black non-reflective background. the lighting/sound tech used a very narrow gridded spot aimed at the photog's head that light followed his every move... and all the audience saw was likened to this image... it was weird, yet effective
