This is a lovely shot....I think personally you should study other models eyes.....when I work with a model, I usually track them with the camera in conversation with a friend... my point is to show them how the eyes control the face.... emotion is what sells a photograph.....so I would say work on your emotional output for the camera.... This one thing will get you better shots...which will get you more and better modeling jobs...
