I really like them....

Ok, so I was thinking.... I want some color..... non conventional color....

There is this one model on here who has the color (or should I say, colors) I want...But, I can't remember her hair for the life of me.

That might work.

I actually could have gotten a color, remember when I was asking you about that?
I got a full head and so none of my hair was left out anyway.  Next time I'm gonna think about getting a lighter brown.

She braided all my hair, sewed tracks in and then gave me bangs to cover the tracks.  It's really light too, sometimes a 3/4 or full head gets heavy because of all the hair used.

Wow... I've never seen that before.

Very helpful, as I thought that taking measurements was to be done completely nude.

Hmm...

If you don't wear a weave, then it doesn't apply to you.

Although extensions are fun.  You can change your look up without damaging your own hair with dyes and processing.  You can go short without cutting your hair or long without waiting for it to grow.  And if you get sick of it, you take it out and start over.

Oh.... I didn't understand the other post really.  I'm.. well.... kinda drunk.

It sounded like you were telling all of us to wear a weave.

But yeah, that sounds cool.  I've been thinking about extensions for a while.. I just don't really know what kind of place to go to get that.
Random guess: hair salons??? But not all of them do that, right?  I feel dumb.

If I were to get a full weave, I would want to try something like this....

I DO NOT recommend just going somewhere random.  References are a MUST!
If not, you could end up walking around looking jacked the fuck up.

I've always had my hair different colors... but never multiple ones at the same time..... And, I figured a weave would be worth the price so that I don't damage my hair again....

How can I get references on hairstylists if I don't know anyone who wears weave/extensions?

I mean.. a hairstylist in my area?
Should I go to the stylist and ask them for references? or pictures?  or... what?

I've had my hair all of those colors.... not a the same time, but it's whatever.

All that matter is that I like it, I can honestly care less what other people think, Tom.

Yes you do.  You're in New Orleans.
Actually, you know what?
On Canal, there is a hair store.....I can't think of the name right now, it's like 3 streets over from the Bourbon St. intersection if it's still there.  sad

They have business cards at the front counter of decent weave-ologists.

Or ask any chick with long hair on Xavier/Dillard/SUNO's campus.
