The "We'll See When We Get There" is more common to Shoot Outs than scheduling.  There are going to be enough Photographers and enough Models that it will be busy as fuck!

Ched and myself are the only two photographers that have posted schedules. I think several others may also be working with schedules - Frog516 comes to mind - but for the most part it's pretty much what Hamza is saying - a free for all.

If you have a Photographer you really want to work with then you should drop him/her aline so you can be sure you work with the ones you like most. I have scheduled the models I want to work with but I do not post it in the forums and I am sure others have as well and do not post them either.

  I also agree with the free for all and just showing up there will be plenty of people to work with.

I am not saying this to be a wiseguy but you can not expect them to do everything they are cool enough to provide a location to shoot at and organize everything else. Who cares when a new model is added just look over the list and check the links and see who you want to work with.

I have the statistical memory abilities of a broken garden gnome. It's actually quite important to be able to know who is new at a glance. I really can't remember who I've already contacted if I haven't met them or something.
