Yeahhh speaking of that.

Whats the parking situation like? I did a shoot in Forest Hills and I wanted to kill someone because I couldn't find parking anywhere

Parking is ON THE STREET!  There will be plenty of parking, it's an industrial area and it's a ghost town on the weekends!!!

Hay, I also sent a request out to 2 models to do sunset shots on the roof from 6p-8p. If things workout we might be able to some resources.

Curious as I've never been to one of these shootouts before. I would assume tons of people will be using pocket wizards. Any of you guys experience probs with cross-triggering at these types of events?

I will be using the Pocket Wizard Multi-Max and typically shoot on channel #15 so I don't anticipate any issues.

I doubt every model is going to be there all day long.

Many won't show at all, especially if they're not booked with a couple of photographers and engaged in projects.

Distracting how?

We can always press them into service as photo assistants... tongue

Hi,

I think the way 00siris and Hamza are handling is good because I know not all the models will show up so it is better to over book models.

But most will not know the address...now I know I have not been in NYC for many years, but last time I was there I think there were several wearhouses in Queens!

I probably wont be doing as much shooting as I will be networking and helping a few people out with their shoots. All in all it looks like it will be a good time. Except for the people running in terror from ched's blazing red hair and/or my evil eye. That eye of mine isnt really evil... its just misunderstood. Maybe I will wear a patch on it.
